Meet our staff members who are focused on ensuring that your visit is personalized, efficient, and solution-providing. 


Nagmani Sharma is the CEO/CFO of the company. He holds a Masters degree in Economics from Delhi School of Economics – one of Asia’s premier universities for Economics. Nagmani Sharma is also the founder of Sharma Electro Components Inc. with a large presence in the electronic components industry. For over 20 years he has been involved in setting up and running the manufacturing factory in India and has been operational in opening up offices in Moscow, London, Singapore and New York. He joins us with a vast experience in running large corporations internationally.


John Cofelice – General Manager- John is from Melbourne, FL. He joined the Marine Corps in 2009 and served as a supply and logistics chief. He recently graduated with a degree in business from Florida State College, and he then began working for DOCCS in August of 2017. His vast experience in personnel and logistics management serve as a strong asset to the DOCCS team.


Ivonne Soto – Billing and Coding Specialist- Graduate of Manhattan Institute in 2002, moved to Florida in 2005.  She has worked in both provider offices and medical billing service facilities such as physical therapy, home health care, social worker, radiology, hospitals, urgent care, nursing home professional and radiology.


Brenda Farrish– Clinical Manager-Graduate from Keiser University as a Certified Medical Assistant and also attended nursing school at BCC where she graduated with an RN Degree. Began working in Internal Medicine after school and from there went on to Emergency Medicine working in the ER for 14 years. She joined DOCCS in November 2011 working in their Urgent Care. Background includes experience working in highly stressful, fast-paced, multitasking environment performing patient assessment and care. She enjoys her job and the team she works with very much, but most of all she enjoys taking care of her patients and giving them excellent care.
